A service plan for your workplace

Reliable coordination starts with a clear scope.

Walk through

Review the rooms, restrooms, flooring, equipment and actual service needs.

Define the checklist

Document tasks, visit caps, technician presence, access and approval contacts.

Agree the schedule

Set business-hours or after-hours windows in the signed facility agreement.

Document the care

Record completed visits, visible concerns and authorized follow-up work.

Ordinary cleaning.
Defined visit caps.

The approved janitorial checklist may include accessible surface wiping, trash removal, restrooms, vacuuming, mopping and common areas. Cleaning time is a maximum labor allowance per visit, not bankable or guaranteed hours. The visit may finish when the checklist is complete; unused cleaning time does not roll over.

Specialist disinfection, medical or hazardous waste, stripping/waxing and extensive deep cleaning are separately scoped.

Professional spaces, thoughtfully assessed

Law firms, insurance agencies, professional offices, appropriate dental and eye-care practices, small financial offices and compatible storefront properties can be assessed for suitability. Specialist clinical protocols are not implied.

Maintenance presence.
Qualified follow-through.

Monthly technician hours are separate from janitorial caps. Routine upkeep and two annual documented PM reviews are integrated into agreed scheduled maintenance blocks. The signed building checklist defines included tasks and frequencies.

Routine visual checks do not replace mandated inspections, testing or certifications. Licensed electrical/HVAC work, fire-system certification, backflow certification and other specialist services require appropriately qualified providers and separate authorization.

Materials and extras

Materials and supplies are acquisition cost plus 20% unless the written scope states otherwise. Additional work needs approval and a written price. No unverified overage rate or emergency response promise applies.
