Homesfirst LLC (“Homesfirst,” “we” or “us”) provides this notice for information collected through myhomesfirst.com, website inquiries and linked Homesfirst request features. Contact: joe@myhomesfirst.com; (717) 200-9311; 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502, US.

1. Information collected

When you contact us through a website form, you provide the fields you complete, such as name, email address, phone number and message. A linked Jobber request form also asks for company details and the property address, including unit, city, state and ZIP code. Communications and the requests you submit can become service or inquiry records.

The Squarespace-hosted Site uses operational cookies and analytics features. Depending on the feature and browser settings, technical information can include IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, referring pages, visit time and approximate location inferred from an IP address. This is not a claim that we collect precise device GPS location.

Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not include card numbers, account passwords, access codes, government identifiers, medical details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a general message. Separate service records, photographs or tenant information require an appropriate purpose and authorization; they are not made public by submitting an inquiry.

2. Purposes

Information provided for an inquiry is used to review and respond to it, discuss requested services, verify relevant property/contact details and maintain related communications. Where a service relationship is established, information can be used to administer the separately agreed services and related records. Operational/technical information supports website operation, security, troubleshooting and understanding site use.

This notice is not permission for an unrelated new use. Marketing and any use requiring separate consent must have an appropriate legal basis and the required separate choice.

3. Providers and other recipients

Squarespace hosts the Site and stores website form submissions in its Contacts/submission tools. The Contact form is configured to send an email notification to a designated Homesfirst inbox; the email provider therefore also handles that communication. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled for spam/abuse protection and processes information under Google’s applicable policies.

The Site links to a Homesfirst Jobber client hub and request form. Information entered there is handled through Jobber and made available to Homesfirst as configured for the relevant request or service. Features can differ by account and settings; a website visit does not establish that every Jobber feature is enabled. Review the provider’s own notice when you use its platform.

Relevant providers may handle information to support hosting, communications, anti-spam and requested digital features. Information may also need to be disclosed where legally required, to establish or defend legal claims, or to respond to fraud or security issues. Disclosure must have a lawful basis; this paragraph does not authorize unrestricted third-party marketing or sale of information.

Payment information should be entered only in the payment channel presented for an actual transaction. Information entered in a payment channel is handled under the notices and terms presented for that transaction, together with any applicable Homesfirst service agreement.

Provider notices: Squarespace Privacy Policy; Google Privacy Policy; Jobber Privacy Policy. Those notices describe the providers’ practices and do not replace Homesfirst’s own obligations.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising choices

The verified website settings include Squarespace analytics activity logging. At review on October 20, 2026, the cookie banner was off and non-essential cookies were marked not restricted. This policy does not claim that a consent banner or opt-out control exists when it has not been implemented. A notice alone is not consent where the law requires consent.

You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies; this can affect site features. Available provider/browser privacy controls may differ. Contact joe@myhomesfirst.com about additional choices or a request that applicable law permits.

Homesfirst does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising or retargeting, including through advertising pixels. Disclosures to providers supporting the website or requested services remain subject to the purposes and limits described in this policy.

5. Email and text messages

A request or existing service relationship can involve relevant communications. A Privacy Policy does not itself give consent to marketing email, automated marketing calls or marketing texts. Where marketing is used, applicable consent and opt-out requirements must be followed separately.

Use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in the relevant message, or contact joe@myhomesfirst.com. A marketing opt-out does not necessarily stop a lawful, necessary transaction/service communication. The linked Jobber form presents its own email and SMS choices; review those choices when submitting that form.

6. Retention and security

Retention depends on the inquiry or relationship, record type, applicable legal obligations and legitimate needs such as handling requests, resolving disputes and maintaining required business records. Contact joe@myhomesfirst.com about a particular record or a deletion request. A deletion request may be subject to lawful recordkeeping needs and provider/backup deletion processes; deletion from every system may not be immediate.

No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Use secure channels for sensitive transactions and protect your own email and sign-in links. We remain responsible for privacy/security obligations that applicable law places on Homesfirst. This policy does not guarantee absolute security or represent any particular security certification.

7. Requests and applicable privacy rights

Depending on your location and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information, or to object to or opt out of particular processing. Send a request to joe@myhomesfirst.com or the business notice address below. State the request and enough information to identify the relevant interaction; do not send sensitive identity documents in a general inquiry unless a secure, necessary verification method has been arranged.

We may need to verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority, and applicable law may permit or require limits on a request. We will handle legally required requests and any applicable appeal within the requirements of the law that governs the request. Contact the same email if you seek reconsideration of a response. Exercising a protected privacy right will not be penalized where the law prohibits such treatment.

This section does not claim that every privacy statute applies to Homesfirst or promise every listed right in every situation. It does not waive rights that do apply.

8. Children and outside websites

This business website is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 should not submit personal information. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact joe@myhomesfirst.com so the situation can be reviewed and handled as required by applicable law.

Links can take you to provider-operated websites with their own terms and privacy notices. Homesfirst is based in Pennsylvania; providers can operate in multiple locations. This policy does not treat browsing the Site as a waiver of privacy protections or as consent to any international transfer requiring another legal basis.

9. Policy changes

This notice is effective on the date shown above. Later changes will be posted with an updated date and any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. A revision does not automatically authorize materially different use of information collected under an earlier promise.
